Part of digital acquisition agile team that responsible for optimizing Citi’s public marketing website to increase retail banking customer conversion. The goal of this engagement was to identify digital optimization opportunities for increasing customer engagement and conversion, define user experience hypotheses, plan sprint cycles and measure key KPIs. The team operated in a true agile environment in order to rapidly release A/B testing of iterative design enhancements.
